The Simatic/TI 505 Ethernet driver works in conjunction with TOP Server® to provide data exchange between OPC UA, OPC DA, AVEVA SuiteLink and DDE clients and Siemens Simatic/TI 505 series controllers via Ethernet TCP/IP.
These PLCs were originally manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI 505 series) and are now supported by Siemens as part of their Simatic product line. This driver provides native Ethernet connectivity for optimal performance and reliability.
