Connor was awesome and provided me with advanced contextual information on how our software integrates with our other vendor.  Even though the issue was not an issue in TOP Server the information and effort are much appreciated. I deal with a number of software vendors and Software Toolbox are by far the vendor I prefer to deal with the most.  In particular, I want to point out the commitment by Jessica to get this issue resolved. It was not an easy case to solve because a number of configuration aspects were specific to our infrastructure. However, in the end through the persistence of Jessica and support from Ganesh the case was solved. I do wish more (even just one more) vendor provided technical support at this level!

Software Toolbox support is consistently the best team I've worked with! Zach's patience and hands-on knowledge continues that trend!
