Automatic Report Generation and Distribution: Dream Report is a proactive reporting solution enabling automatic report generation and distribution. The report configuration is done through a series of intuitive menus. A scheduler enables the user to define in one click if the report will be generated yearly, monthly, weekly or daily. It is also possible to generate the report on an event, or trigger. When tied to real time data, the report will be executed when the configured condition is true.
Reports can be distributed in a variety of ways:
- Print the report automatically on any printer connected to the network
- Email it to a predefine recipient list
- Save it on any file server or ftp server
- Publish it over the Web Portal
- A user management module allows the user to define individual user access rights for increased security
