The Mitsubishi FX Serial driver works in conjunction with TOP Server® to provide data exchange between OPC UA, OPC DA, SuiteLink and DDE clients and Mitsubishi FX Series PLCs via direct or point to point serial connections as well as Ethernet Gateways/Terminal Servers.
This driver supports communication with devices using the Mitsubishi FX Direct Serial protocol through direct Interface to the RS-422 PLC programming port via any 232/422 convertor.
Data acquisition is optimized based on upstream client demand while data integrity is ensured using extensive error handling.
