The GE SNP Serial driver works in conjunction with TOP Server® to provide data exchange between OPC UA, OPC DA, SuiteLink and DDE clients and GE PLCs via the GE SNP Serial Protocol. This driver supports direct integration with VersaPro, Logic Developer, and Proficy ME programming packages.
By using the tag database export function, these drivers can directly interpret the tag configurations of your Ladder Logic application without additional work. Data integrity is ensured using extensive error handling.
