Applications built with the trial OPC Wizard have a 30 minute time that starts when an OPC client gets connected.
When the demo timer expires, a documented exception is thrown that you can catch and handle in your code, if you wish.
After the 30 minutes, the connection to the OPC client will stop. You will then need to restart your application and reconnect your OPC client.
The trial software will completely stop functioning 210 days after initial version release, including the use of the components in any application, after which a license must be purchased in order to continue to use the product. Purchasing a license for the product will remove the demo limitation and you will be able to use any work you did while in trial mode.
