Your free trial has these limitations

  • Applications built with the trial OPC Data Client have a 30 minute timer that starts when connected to an OPC Server.
  • When the demo timer expires, a documented exception is thrown that you can catch and handle in your code if you wish.
  • After the 30 minutes, the connection to the OPC Server will stop. You will then need to restart your application.
  • The trial software will completely stop functioning 210 days after initial version release, including the use of the components in any application.

Purchasing a license for the product will remove the demo limitation and you will be able to use any work you did while in trial mode.
